Recipe for Beef Tounge in Red Salsa
Ingredients:
1 Beef Tounge
2 Lbs of Tomatoes
2 Bay leaves
2 Garlic heads
8 Whole black peppers
2
Oranges (sour preferred)
salt to taste
Preparation:
Boil the beef tounge and remove skin, then cut in slices.
Boil tomatos and blend with bay leaves, garlic, black pepper and salt.
In a caserole strain and cook the blended salsa, then add juice from 2 oranges and when it is boiling add the slices of beef tounge.
