1 Chicken cut into parts
6 Roman tomatoes 
1 / 2 onion
1 clove garlic
2 bunches scallions cambric
2 pimmientos in slices
1 cup sliced mushrooms.
1 kg of cambric potato
1 bay leaf
1 / 2 teaspoon thyme
1 / 4 teaspoon marjoram.
3 tablespoons broth powder
1 / 4 teaspoon salt 
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups orange juice (or sour orange)
1 / 2 cup lemon juice


Marinate the chicken with some salt pepper and olive oil smeared and let sit for half an hour.
Spinkle chicken pieces with flour fry in sa little oil to brown

Brown a little bit  a bit and put  aside.
Fry the onion, chambray onions, peppers, chanpignones.
Add the tomatoes and add broth concentrate.
Add the chicken mixture and cover it,  leave it to simmer for an hour.
