Ingredients:

- 12 PC Chicken
1 stick Achiote
1 / 2 onion
1 / 2 cup Peanut clean.
6 cloves garlic
1 slice bread
1 clove
1 / 4 teaspoon cumin
1 / 4 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons broth powder
1 / 4 salt cucharda
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups orange juice (or sour orange)
1 / 2 cup lemon juice

Preparation: 

 Achiote puree, orange juice, lemon, olive oil, garlic, cumin, cloves, and chicken COSOMA powder.
Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper and 3 tablespoons olive oil for 30 minutes.
Saute chicken a little.
Put chicken pieces in a glass pirex and add mixture to it.
Cover with foil and place it in the oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with pickled red onions or pickled vegetables.
