  • Ingredients:

    8 Ball steaks
    Romanita 6 tomatoes (or a can of tomatoes, whole or chopped)
    3 Ancho Chiles 
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 / 2 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon dried basil or natural
    1 teaspoon concentrated broth.
    1 pinch salt


    Preparation:

    Marinate pepper 1 pinch of salt the steaks with pepper and oil 2 tablespoons olive oil for 10 minutes.
    Desvene peppers and remove the seeds.
    Roast onions, garlic, and chiles.
    Blend tomatoes, onion, chiles, garlic, bouillon.
    Spinkle with a little  oil.
    Add sauce 1 / 2 cup water, cover it, simmer for 25 minutes.
