• Ingredients needed in this recipe:
• 4 Breast of Chicken:  skinless
• Butter: 5
• Beer: 1 cup
• Chicken Broth: 1 cup
• Thyme: 1 tsp
• Flour: 2 tbsp
• Black Pepper: to taste
• Salt: to taste

Prepare Chicken Beer: Saute chicken breasts in butter for 8-10 minutes. Add beer, bouillon, and seasonings. Mix. Cover and cook for 45-50 minutes over low heat. Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with flour and set aside. Remove chicken from pan. Add butter kneaded with cooking juices. Cook stirring, until sauce thickens. Bathe the chicken with the sauce.
